Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (F-Assured) is a program where in you get help from Flipkart for systematically arranging your warehouse, easily maintaining your inventory and getting it smoothly delivered to your customer via a Flipkart logistics partner.Â
If you wish to get onboarded on the Smart Fulfilment model, you can simply fill up a form to express your interest and the Smart Fulfilment team will get in touch with you to take the onboarding process further and get the audit done.
Note: To become a Smart Fulfilment Seller, you must fulfil all the requirements. For e.g.: Sunday working is mandatory to become a Smart Fulfilment Seller. For newly onboarded Smart Fulfillment Sellers, the Ready to Dispatch (RTD) time will be moved to 4:00 PM, based on Flipkart’s feasibility check.Â
The Process is divided between two different video based audits –
- Â The Infrastructure Audit1
- Â Pre Live Audit2
Below is the procedure for conducting a Smart Infrastructure Audit
Step 1:- Interested sellers who fulfil all the criteria to become a Smart Fulfilment Seller will fill up the form for onboarding.
Step 2:- Auditors will connect with the sellers for conducting the audit and fix a time slot for the virtual Infrastructure Audit, which will be conducted through video conferencing. There are three possible outcomes of an Infrastructure Audit.
- If Seller Passes the Infra Audit – The auditor will move forward to create a Prelive audit and conduct the same.
- If the Seller Fails the Infra Audit 1st time – The auditor will inform the seller about the shortcomings and get another date (within 7-14 days) for the re-audit. The date and failure reasons will be mentioned by the auditor. Auditor will re-conduct the Infrastructure Audit on the promised date.Â
- If Seller Failed the Infrastructure Audit 2nd time – The auditor will void/fail the Infrastructure Audit.
Step 3:- After passing the Infrastructure Audit the auditor will fix a time for Prelive Audit. There are three possible outcomes of a Prelive Audit.
- Prelive Audit Pass – The Flipkart Team will onboard the Seller in the Smart Fulfilment Program.
- Prelive Audit Fail – The team will follow up with the seller for a re-audit which will be conducted within 7-14 days.
- Prelive Audit Void – The team will follow up with the seller on the issues and take further action.

- An Infrastructure Audit is done to evaluate a seller’s premises to check whether it fulfils the requirements of a Smart Fulfilment warehouse. The auditors will check the assets like availability of multiple racks/bins, printers, laptop/desktop Barcode Printer with Thermal Label or Paper Roll Weighing Scale / Weight Measuring Tool etc. They will also check for Sunday Working as it is a mandatory criterion for Smart Fulfilment Program.
- Once the infrastructure audit is done, the auditors will configure the number of bins available at your site into your system, they will also help you with the installation of the Bartender Software in the Prelive Audit. They will also guide you on how to process order through Smart Fulfilment.
