Don’t worry, stocking your product in Flipkart Warehouse has an edge over other products because of end to end order processing and return management done by the Flipkart Fulfillment team. These will get in-warded without an F Assured badge, they will go live on the site & will be available for sale.
Please take proactive steps to make sure that return and ratings of your products are above the benchmarks. This will help you sustain F-Assured Badge, thereby getting higher visibility and hassle-free inwarding of your products to FK warehouse.

How do I know the benchmark for Customer returns and Ratings for individual products?
Performance benchmark for customer returns and ratings is similar seller tiering benchmarks. Your vertical benchmark for Customer returns and rating is applicable for all products listed in that vertical.
E.g. Silver benchmark for ‘XX’ vertical is 5% and you have 10 Products listed in that vertical. Your average return % for that vertical is 4% and you are ‘Silver’ in that vertical.
But, one product in that vertical has 10% returns and this product will be rated ‘Poor’ in return performance for providing F-Assured badge.

When I look at my performance for customer rating/returns for “XX” vertical is gold, but why the F-Assured badge has been removed for XX Product?
Gold, Silver or Bronze performance is for your average performance at vertical level. There can be a possibility that few products in a vertical can have poor performance in Customer Returns or Product Ratings
E.g you may be Gold in Vertical “ WomenKurthi” but has a lower customer rating for few products which falls under “ Women Kurthi” which led to debadging for those products.
Please check the rating/return performance for individual products to understand better.
Points to remember: If the returns performance is Good, then:
Listings with Avg certified buyer rating < 3 never get F-Assured badge
