Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation PolicyÂ
- Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from the time of placement, especially if work has already commenced or communication with our team has started.
- Special Occasion Services: Cancellations will not be accepted for services offered during special occasions such as New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving, etc.
- Payment and Refunds: Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable. However, the amount can be credited toward future services within 120 days of the initial payment. If you believe you have not received the services promised, please contact our support or sales team within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.
- Third-Party Services: We do not accept liability for issues arising from third-party services, software or marketplaces (e.g., hosting, domains, servers, emails, images, videos, plugins). Should you require assistance with such issues, an additional fee may apply.
 Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our Seller Account Management Services, you may request a refund within 30 days from the payment date. Refunds cannot be issued for requests made after this 30-day period.

Refund Conditions
- You may be required to cease using any work completed from the start of the service until your refund is processed. This includes but is not limited to listings, images created by us, advertising campaigns, licenses, and documents.
- Access to your seller account must remain intact until the refund is approved.
Once your refund request is received, you can expect processing within 30 days, contingent upon approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company. there may be a processing delay.
- Reach out to your bank for further assistance, as processing times can vary.

All content created by ecomSARAL Service remains the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients may use the materials as intended, but we reserve the right to showcase any work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared during our collaboration to any third parties without your consent. - Limitation of Liability:
ecomSaral Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
- Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in delhi jurisdiction.
- Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
